All services are provided by appointment only. This allows us to dedicate unrushed, personalized care to every client.
Appointments can be scheduled online or by direct contact. Please arrive on time, as late arrivals may result in a shortened service or rescheduling.
We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice.
Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a fee.
No-shows may forfeit the service or deposit.
Repeated late cancellations may require prepayment for future bookings.
This policy allows us to respect our providers' time and accommodate other clients.
All clients are required to complete a health intake form and undergo a brief video telehealth medical screening ($35) prior to receiving services. This screening is required once per year for certain services; other services may require more frequent medical screenings.
Certain medical conditions, medications, or circumstances may require additional clearance, or may make IV therapy or injections inappropriate. Client safety always comes first.
Weight-loss and metabolic support services require a medical consultation and ongoing monitoring.
Results vary by individual and are influenced by lifestyle, nutrition, activity level, and consistency. Vitality River does not guarantee specific weight-loss outcomes and focuses on safe, sustainable support.
Vitality River offers three Founder's Membership tiers — The Spring, The Current, and The Source — each with a three-month minimum commitment.
Unused service credits roll over for up to three months following cancellation, giving members time to redeem any banked sessions before they expire. Full tier details, pricing, and benefits are available on our Memberships page.
